اشتهرالمغرب بغناه بالمدن العتيقة التاريخية، ومن بينها أقدمها على الإطلاق مدينة فاس التي تشكل جزءا أساسيا من التراث الوطني، ويكفي السائح أن يتأمل غروب الشمس من على شرفات فندق المرينيين ليستنتج دوافع البشر الذين استوطنوا على مدى التاريخ هذه البقعة الطيبة من الأرض، تحولت إلى مدينة تعد أكثر مدن العالم سحرا وجمالا وتألقا، تجمع بين الماضي والحاضر.
