Imam Ali (as)said :If you overpower your enemy ,Then pardon him by way of thankfulness to Allah ,for being able to subdue him
قال الأمام علي عليه السلام : إذا قدرت على عدوك , فأجعل العفو عنه شكراً للقدرة عليه .
Imam Ali (as) said :When some blessings come to you ,do not drive them away through thanklessness
قال الأمام علي عليه السلام : إذا وصلت إليكم أطراف النعم فلا تنفروا أقصاها بقلة الشكر .
Imam Ali (as ) said :unfortunate is he who cannot gain a few sincere friends during his life and more unfortunate is the one who
gained them and then lost him (through his deeds(
قال الأمام علي عليه السلام : أعجز الناس من عجز عن إكتساب الأخوان وأعجز منه من ضيع من ظفر به منهم .
Imam Ali (as) said :he who is deserted by friends and relatives will often find help and sympathy from strangers
قال الأمام علي عليه السلام: من ضيعه الأقرب أتيح له الأبعد .
Imam Ali (as) said :O son of Adam, when you see that your Lord, the Glorified, bestows His Favors on you while you disobey Him, you should fear Him
قال الأمام علي عليه السلام :إذا رأت ربك سبحانه يتابع عليك نعمه وأنت تعصيه فاحذره .
Imam Ali (as) said : When you have to depart from this world and have to meet death (eventually), then why wish delay
قال الأمام علي عليه السلام : إذا كنت في إدبار والموت في إقبال فما أسرع الملتقى .
Imam Ali (as ) said :I wonder about the man who loses hope despite the possibility of seeking forgiveness
قال الأمام علي عليه السلام : عجبت لمن يقنط ومعه الأستغفار .
Imam Ali ( as ) said :The belief of a person cannot be regarded as true unless his trust in what is with Allah is more than his trust in what he himself has
قال الأمام علي عليه السلآم : لآيصدق إيمان عبد حتى يكون بما في يد الله أوثق منه بما في يده .
Imam Ali (as) said : There is enough light for one who wants to see
قال الأمام علي عليه السلام : لقد أضاء الصبح لذي عيـنـيـن .
Imam Ali (as) said : If a friend envies you, then he is not a true friend
قال الأمام علي عليه السلآم : حسد الصديق من سقم الموده
Imam Ali(as)said : One who does not realize his own value is condemned to utter failure
قال الأمام علي عليه السلام : هلك إمرؤ لم يعرف قدره
Imam Ali (as) said :Everyone has an end, it may be pleasant or sorrowful
قال الأمام علي عليه السلآم : لكل إمرؤ عاقبه حُلوَةً أو مُرة
Imam Ali (as) said : One, who adopts patience, will never be deprived of success though it may take a long time to reach him
قال الأمام علي عليه السلام : لآ يعدم الصبور الظفر وإن طال به الزمان .
Imam Ali (as) said :Poverty is the worst form of death
قال الأمام علي عليه السلآم : الفقر الموت الأكبر .
Imam Ali (as) said : People often hate those things which they do not know or cannot understand
قال الأمام علي عليه السلام : الناس أعداء ماجهلوا .
Imam Ali(as) said: I wonder at him who has forgotten death although he sees people dying
قال الأمام علي عليه السلآم : عجبت لمن نسى الموت وهو يرى الموتى
Imam Ali(as) said: I wonder at him who denies the second life although he has seen the first life
قال الأمام علي عليه السلآم : عجبت لمن أنكر النشأة الأخرى وهو يرى النشأة الأولى
Imam Ali (as) said : When truth was revealed to me I never doubted it.
قال الأمام علي عليه السلآم : ماشككت في الحق مذ رأيته .
Imam Ali (as) said : If you want to remove evil from the minds of others then first give up evil intentions yourself
قال الأمام علي عليه السلآم : أحصد الشر من صدر غيرك بقلعه من صدرك .
Imam Ali (as) said :When you feel afraid or nervous to do a thing then do it because the real harm which you may thus receive is less poignant than its expectation and fear
قال الأمام علي عليه السلآم : إذا هِبت أمراً فقع فيه ,فإن شدة توقيه أعظم مما تخاف منه.
